A lovely character family home set in beautiful gardens and with a 32ft covered swimming pool. The accommodation will suit a large family or those that have a relative living with them and the timber out buildings have in the past been used as offices and will appeal to anyone working from home. Location

Conyer is a popular village set on Conyer Creek at the junction with the Swale . It's renowned for it's picturesque setting, it's famous marina and the scenic country walk along Saxon Shore Way. The village is surrounded by farmland and commonland and has a real rural feel to it. Conyer lies halfway between Faversham and Sittingbourne and is close to the A249 and the M20. Both give good access to the major road links to London, Canterbury, Ashford and Maidstone. Teynham rail station is about 1/2 mile away.
