That's because this is one of the main reasons people move, it could be for schools, amenities, prestige convenience or a host of other things. Whatever your requirements, this house will probably step up to the mark as it is located in an area where many local people aspire to live.

It was certainly one of the main reasons the current owners bought, five years ago. They wanted to be within a good catchment area for the schools but also not to far from the town itself.

The spacious room sizes really appealed and the 100ft rear garden was the icing on the cake.

They have improved the property further still be adding a 12' conservatory which adds further valuable space to an already desirable property.

We looked at a few properties but kept coming back to this one. It had everything we were after, location, space, a decent sized garden.

Since being here we have replaced the fascias and guttering, replaced the boiler and central heating as well as adding the conservatory.

The garage is a good size not only for a car, but has a workshop area should someone require it.
