This deceptively spacious home is situated in Sittingbourne. It has a lovely large through lounge and both bedrooms are good sized doubles. The bathroom is upstairs and has a modern white suite plus an instant electric shower over the bath. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor. The garden is of a good size and easy to manage as mainly laid to lawn with a patio and a shed. The kitchen has recently been replaced and updated with oak fronted units. It has a cooker plus hood and ample cupboards and wall units. There is space for a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. 

The property has been re-decorated with new carpets in both bedrooms.  There is double glazing and gas fired central heating. The location is very convenient for local shops, parks, nurseries, schools, supermarkets etc etc. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Sittingbourne railway station where you can catch fast trains to London St Pancras, or if you're feeling lazy the bus that stops opposite the house will get you to the station,  shopping centre or leisure centre/swimming pool in around 5 minutes. The road network with connections to major routes is also very good.
