A 3 bedroom house currently used as a 2 bedroom house! Turning it back to a 3 bedroom is as simple as replacing the stud wall. A lovely family home in a really popular little cul-de-sac. Downstairs you have an entrance porch with a cloakroom and then your front door leading through to a decent sized lounge with an open plan staircase. The kitchen measures 14ft 10 and has plenty of room for a breakfast table. Double doors take you out to the patio and make this a really nice bright room with a lovely outlook over the garden. Upstairs there were originally 3 bedrooms (two doubles and an 8ft single), a short while back the current owner decided to give themselves a nice big master bedroom and simply removed a stud wall. The single room's door is still there so it's just a case of putting the stud wall back in if you need the 3 bedrooms. Upstairs has also got a family shower room. Location

The Willows is about 1 1/2 miles from Sittingbourne town centre and main line station and about 1/2 mile from the A249 with it's road links to Maidstone, Canterbury and London. Sittingbourne high street has shops for all your everyday shopping needs and close by are the out of town retail parks and superstores including the new Morrisons. Local schools are all close by and there are regular bus routes in to town. The mail line station takes you into London in approximately 1hr 10 minutes.

A lovely area of similar houses and a property that will appeal to families, first time buyers and investors alike. The current owners have thoroughly enjoyed living here and are now only moving to be nearer family. Don't dismiss this one without at least having a viewing first!
