"The owners of this house moved over from Maidstone 4 years ago and bought the property from new. Their choice of development was paramount as they both worked out of the area and needed easy access to motorway connections, so this location was perfect as it is situated just minutes from the A249 which gives direct connections to the M2/M20 and to Maidstone town centre for some easy shopping or an evening out.
The value for money was also a major consideration as they could never dream of buying a detached house of this size in the Maidstone area and in this price range.

Bought from new the owners had the choice of several styles of house on the Chandlers Croft development, but did not hesitate to choose this particular plot. They preferred the traditional style of house as opposed to the town house design and this particular plot stood out from the crowd as being one of the largest on the development and south facing so benefiting from the sun all day.

The garage and driveway alongside the house was also appealing as many of the houses on the development had garages situated away from them or just had parking spaces.

If you like the idea of buying a house ready to move into that offers space and value, then put this property on your viewing list.

What the Owner says:

We have found living on the Chandlers Croft development to be very convenient for work purposes and to getting to places like Bluewater, Canterbury, the Kent Coast and Maidstone, all of which can be reached in less than an hour. We particularly liked the style of the house with the two separate reception rooms and a particularly large kitchen which extends 19' and the en-suite shower room is very useful especially now we have a daughter.

Since we have owned our house we have redecorated in a modern neutral style and created a garden that is child friendly but with a decked area so the adults can enjoy the outside space as well.
