This light and airy three bedroom house has plenty of space for all the family.

The house is situated in a quiet corner of this popular area. The front door, protected by a porch, opens into the spacious hallway with a generous sized cloakroom.

The large lounge (3.9m x 4.9m) has a bright and airy feel thanks to the two double glazed windows. There are telephone and satellite TV points and several electrical outlets. Fitted carpets extend through to the dining room accessed through a large archway. Light streams through the sliding patio doors into the large (3.5m x 2.6m) dining room.

 

The neat kitchen has clean lines, with timber fronted wall and base units, tiled splashbacks and space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also space for an upright fridge freezer. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and brand new electric oven.

 

The kitchen window looks out onto a neat, secure garden with a large paved patio area and a raised decking ?sun trap? on which to enjoy a glass of something cold on a warm summer evening. There is personal door to the rear of the garage which is well lit and has power points fitted. There is an outlet through the rear wall for a tumble drier vent.
