"The owners of this house are so pleased with Iwade village that they literally just moved around the corner to this more spacious and impressive property.

They brought the property from new just over 5 years ago and were attracted by the traditional layout of the house with its two reception rooms and a kitchen big enough to eat in on a day to day basis with the family.

The house also has four double bedrooms which meant no arguments about who got the box room and the en-suite was a welcome feature and meant no queuing for the bathroom.

The cathedral style window at the front of the house not only gives kerb appeal but also a light airy feel internally and the owners liked the enclosed rear garden which was a safe environment for the children to play.

The village has gone from strength to strength over the last few years and it continues to be a sought after location with the convenience of a comprehensive village centre, pub/restaurant and a village school.
