A fantastic sized garden, a big garage and plenty of parking. This three bedroom house really does have a lovely size garden which extends to the rear, side and front of the property offering plenty of possibilities!
Downstairs there's a duel aspect lounge and a modern L shaped kitchen/breakfast room with an area suitable for a breakfast table. The kitchen itself is modern and well fitted. Upstairs you have two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. The family bathroom is just off the landing. The house is approached along a walkway and has high conifers with a lawned front garden. The rear garden has a good sized lawned area with a patio, and a pond. There is gated access to the double garage at the rear which in turn has 3/4 parking spaces and double gates to the road at the back. EPC grade D.

Location

Iwade is an extremely popular village just outside Sittingbourne. Sheerstone is just off Ferry Road leading into the village. This particular house is tucked away at the end of the cul-de-sac. Iwade has a selection of local shops and the schools in the village are well regarded. The A249 is close by giving easy access to road routes to London, Maidstone and Canterbury. Sittingbourne town centre is approximately 2 miles away with all the usual High Street shops and out of town superstores and retail parks. The main line station takes you in to London in 1 hour 10 minutes.

It's a lovely house in a great location but the garden's definitely the big selling point here. Internally the accommodation is nicely proportioned, the breakfast area is handy and the fact that the third bedroom isn't a box room will also appeal.
