"Have you ever dreamt of living in the countryside with nothing around you apart from rural views, then your dreams have come true with this quaint and beautifully kept semi. This property is a rare opportunity that has been tempted to the market offering such great value for money. There is also potential for extension that has already been drawn up and planning has been granted and is waiting for its new owner to take advantage of.

The current owners have made many cosmetic and major changes to this cottage and its initial warm and welcoming feeling grabs you as soon as you step in the front door. There are many reasons why you should make this property a priority on your viewing list as it has to offer a large lounge with traditional wood burner as a main benefiting focal point, country style kitchen/breakfast room and downstairs cloakroom and to the first floor are two double bedrooms with panoramic rural and eye catching views and a stunning re-fitted bathroom.

Sitting out in the beautiful and spacious garden enables you to take in all of the countryside and would be a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the sun and make the most of this stunning garden. Rural and village properties do not come on the market very often and this property is definitely one not to be missed as we can assure you it will not be around for long and is already awaiting an eager audience to view.

What the Owner says:

We initially purchased this property wanting to take it on as a refurbishment project and somewhere for me and my partner to settle down. We loved the idea of living in a rural location and could not get over the space it had to offer and the stunning rear garden was also a huge benefit to us. We have made many changes in the time that we have been here and have also got agreed plans to extend the property to a large three bedroom home which would be a great opportunity for the property's new owner. We are now looking to down size and look for another project before we do settle down and unfortunately have to leave our dream home behind but hope that it goes to a great new owner that will enjoy living here as much as we have.
