"This two bedroom characterful cottage has potential to extend* and is located in the quiet village of Borden which has local amenities and great access to the M2. On the ground floor, the double aspect living room is at the front of the house, there is an exposed brickwork fireplace with log burner installed. The dining room has laminate wooden flooring and access into the kitchen. The kitchen has tiled flooring and space for a freestanding cooker and washing machine or dishwasher. To the back of the property there is a lean-to conservatory which can be used to house additional appliances such as a fridge freezer and tumble dryer. Below the ground floor is the cellar. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and main bathroom which is accessed off the master bedroom. The south-west rear garden has a concrete patio area and pathway down to a lawn area. There is also a greenhouse and garage. To the side of the property is a driveway which will fit a couple of cars in tandem. There is potential to extend to the side of the house (subject to planning).
