"Arguably one of the best positioned properties on the Bovis development and undoubtedly one of the biggest. When you see a house with nine windows on the front you know immediately there is going to be a lot of space when you enter through the door, and this house does not disappoint, it is like a show house with modern and contemporary feel, you can literally move straight in.

There is either carpet or tiles in all the rooms, plus light fittings, unlike a brand new house this has all the extras, including full tiling in the downstairs cloakroom, bathroom and the two en-suites. Half the size of the kitchen is full of work surfaces, kitchen cupboards and drawers including two lit display cabinets to show off your posh glasses, a gas range cooker is also included along with a built-in dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The cosy lounge which shows off the marble surrounded gas fire, with French doors opening onto the garden. The spacious hallway allows access to each room as apposed to having to walk through one room to get to the other. Three of the bedrooms include built-in wardrobes, bedroom 1 and 2 both have en-suite shower rooms.

Outside the access road leads up to a double garage and parking for five cars. To add peace of mind there is still eight years to run on the NHBC Guarantee.

We bought the house as a brand new property and had the choice of quite a few but this was by far the best position, a big double garage and ample parking, nothing to do in the house we just moved our stuff straight in.
