"With a delightful setting in the charming and sought-after village of Shoreham, this double-fronted and partly timber-clad character cottage has a pleasing appearance on the High Street, surrounded by the plentiful amenities including delightful tea rooms, village stores, a primary school and public house. The detached property is believed to have been built in the 1800s and later extended in 2013 to increase the accommodation to almost 1000 sq. ft. Internally there are many period features including exposed beams, with newer additions such as a modern country-style kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove beautifully complementing the original character.
