"Knapton is a wonderful family home set within glorious gardens and grounds with tennis court extending to over 4 acres. The property enjoys a semi rural location within easy reach of Sevenoaks high street and mainline station.

The property is an attractive and extended family house with charming Ragstone elevations. The house is very well presented throughout and offers versatile accommodation. In addition to the principal house there is a superb integral annex. There is a substantial courtyard with further outbuildings including a spacious gym with shower and sauna. The property has been significantly upgraded during the current vendor s ownership to include 39 solar panels with Tesla battery providing clean, cost efficient energy.
