"A three bedroomed semi-detached home situated in a quiet residential road in the village of Otford. The property is within walking distance of the mainline station and comprises an entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a fitted bathroom. There is a single detached garage to the side of the property and off road parking for four or five cars. To the front, the garden is open plan and to the rear there is a paved area adjacent to the house leading onward to a level lawn which is interspersed with mature trees and shrubs. The garden is fully enclosed. The property has the benefit of full double glazing, gas fired central heating and some underfloor heating. EPC Rating D.
