An enchanting three bedroom detached house ( circa 1930), situated within walking distance of Otford Village centre, local shops, primary school and Otford main line station. This unusual and pretty detached house has ample off road parking with a detached garage set back to the side. A rear extension was added to the original building, and when constructed the footings were laid with a depth to provide for a second storey extension if required. The attractive sitting room is open plan to the dining room, the kitchen is well fitted with light oak units, and the rear extension has a further reception room and a cloakroom with a double shower. The first floor has three bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom. The loft/attic has full head height and present an excellent opportunity to provide for a fourth bedroom

(subject to planning) Externally there is ample off road planning to the front on the herring bone paved drive, and the garden to the rear is secluded and extensively landscaped. Again the additional paved area to the side of the ground floor extension could provide a further opportunity to extend (STP)
