"This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Kemsing has recently been extended and refurbished to a high standard and includes a large one bedroom self contained annexe. The L shaped south facing sitting room has wooden flooring, a working fireplace, cream built-in cabinets and fitted radiators with French doors leading to the garden. This room leads to the dining room which has a bay window looking out over the garden and French doors leading out to the patio. The kitchen with hob, Neff double oven, fridge and dishwasher has a breakfast bar, room for a table and access to the dining room, large utility room and annexe. The utility room has an American fridge/freezer with ice-making facilities, washing machine and a dryer and provides access to the front drive and annexe. Upstairs the spacious master bedroom has a large dressing room with numerous fitted wardrobes and stylish en suite shower room. There are five further bedrooms, two double and three large singles. The guest bedroom has a balcony, dressing room and en suite shower room. There are two further bathrooms, one of which acts as an en suite to two of the bedrooms. The sixth bedroom can also be used as a study. The south facing annexe has a large reception room with wooden flooring, fitted cream cabinets and French doors leading to the patio and garden, a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, double bedroom, stylish bathroom and separate cloakroom. The maintained garden is south facing with a good sized lawn, mature trees and shrubs and a large decking area which catches the afternoon sun. To the front of the house is an in and out driveway with a double garage with electric doors. Both excellent state and private schools are to be found nearby and Otford and Sevenoaks stations are only a short drive away."
