Internally to the ground floor is a fabulous garden room ideal as a second sitting room for teenagers and perfect for those sunny summer days when you can open the double doors and bring the garden in with you. There is also a convenient cloakroom. To the first floor is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room, so no more fighting over the bathroom in the morning, and a super open plan kitchen and living space. The kitchen has integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, inset oven and hob with extractor fan over and to the second floor are a further 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. There are double glazed windows throughout and a feature gas fire place with full central heating, helping to keep you warm and cosy in the winter whilst still remaining economical. The integral garage is of a generous size and has power, light and hot and cold running water so could be used as a workshop if required. Outside there is a lovely rear garden with a small decked area and a paved patio area great for summer BBQ’s or just for having a drink with friends in the evening. There are raised beds great for growing your own veg and a garden shed.

'We nearly overlooked this house when it initially came to the market and are so glad we viewed as we could not believe how much space there was, and when we got to the first floor we couldn’t believe there was still more upstairs. We have had lots of parties here as the space works so well with the garden room leading out to the garden. The open plan living space is perfect when we have large family get togethers as I can still be part of it while I’m cooking dinner. I love being close to the beach so we can take leisurely walks with the dogs, it’s so relaxing.'
