Located on the outer part of Lydd with the Dungeness nature reserve within walking distance and easy driving distance to the lovely beaches of Camber Sands. For your basic shopping needs, the town's high street is just a short walk for everything from the convenience store to the local butcher as well the primary school and doctors. For further shopping facilities, the town of Ashford is just 17 miles away which also has the high speed rail link to London. Alternatively Appledore railway station is just 8.5 miles away.

This property has a lot going for it starting with the fact that its on a great size corner plot with plenty of outdoor space. That theme carries on inside too with a lovely size kitchen and a separate utility room plus two further reception rooms. Large garage and off street parking for a number of cars are also important features. Finally, this property comes chain free. Early viewings are highly recommended.

From our offices, continue on along the High Street on to the Lydd Road in the direction of Ashford and Rye. After 1 mile turn left on to the Romney Road towards Lydd. Continue into Lydd and turn left after the little bridge on to Harden Road. When you get to the mini roundabout you will see the driveway to the property on the right hand side.
