Semi detached two bedroom bungalow set on the popular beach estate between Hythe and Dymchurch. The home is entered through the entrance porch into the fitted kitchen. Through an opening to the rear of the kitchen is a handy dining area. The main living room is large in size and leads towards the two double bedrooms one of which has an en suite WC. On past the study area is a garden room that leads out into the much cared for garden. To the side of the property is a garage complete with a workshop area to the rear. Our View

Set between Hythe and Dymchurch and close to the main bus route this semi detached bungalow is in a fantastic popular location. The property benefits from great sized rooms and plenty of storage. The current owners have made improvements to maximise the space on offer and gives the property a real homely feel. The fitted kitchen is a lovely space to work in and the side conservatory dining area lets the light flood in and also offers a great additional space. The main living room is a good size and has a feature fireplace complete with electric fire which gives the room a real cosy feel. Both bedrooms are big enough to take a double bed and both have fitted wardrobes, one has an en suite WC. Between the bedrooms is a study area that leads to the garden room which could be used as an additional bedroom for when guests come and stay. Outside to the rear is a lovely garden much cared for and improved by the current owners with the addition of many plants and shrubs. Location

Sandcastles and Smugglers, Dymchurch is a small Village located on the South East Coast of Kent, at the very edge of Romney Marsh. The family beach is a Jewel in the Dymchurch crown, stretching for miles towards Dungeness in one direction and Folkestone in the other. It is washed daily by the tide, to leave a magnificent gently sloping strip of sand, almost a quarter of a mile wide at low tide. Romney Marsh offers numerous walks and cycle rides, Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, which is the worlds smallest public railway has a station in the Village Centre, offering a unique way of travelling West to Dungeoness through New Romney, or East to the Cinque Port Town of Hythe. The Village benefits from a range of pubs, restaurants and various shops, including a small supermarket. A regular bus service links to the larger towns. Transport links to London via Sandling, or Folkestone West mainline stations, the M20 Motorway is within access, providing road links to the remainder of Kent and beyond. Local attractions include Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, Brockhill Country Park and Woodchurch Rare Breed Centre.
