"It is not often that you can say that your house is completely unique. This modern 4 bedroom detached home, built as a one-off by Temple Crown Developments is approximately 3 years old and offers some fantastic features not seen in many similar priced homes.

It is evident that plenty of thought and consideration for the family has been given, as there will be no waiting for a bathroom early in the morning with the property boasting a cloakroom, 2 en-suite shower rooms plus a family bathroom. If a bit of peace and quiet is needed for your childrens homework or catching up with a bit of work at home, the study room provides just the ideal space.


Some of the feedback we receive is that families like to have a big enough kitchen/dining room to all sit around and talk about the day’s events and that can certainly be done in this home with plenty of space for a large table in the centre.

With such a large property, there may be several people that have their own car, living in the home, so the garage and block paved drive provides plenty of parking for at least up to three vehicles.

We set out to make this home of a higher quality and standard than other similar new builds in the area, from our experience and feedback from previous developments we felt it was important to fit a kitchen with built-in appliances and install a higher quality kitchen and bathroom which would last longer and be appreciated by a family.

Another common concern that can come up on new build homes are the size of the rooms and again we purposely made sure within the design that this home had 4 double bedrooms, as well as the added bonus of 2 en suite shower rooms, thus giving a much higher degree of flexibility for the buyer.
