"This charming 1950’s home has everything on offer for any growing family being situated nearby to Strood town centre and is also very practical for work, as the current owner Keith explained. Within close proximity to the M2 junction allowing easy access, Strood train station is also nearby with its high speed link to London making this property a commuters paradise. Do not be fooled however as being part of a cul-de-sac network it would be easy to forget that you were so close to all of these amenities.

Owning the property for around 32 years, this has been the ideal home and the owner has not found any need to move. Making several improvements to the property, the off road parking has been the biggest now providing space for around 3 average sized cars as well as the added benefit of having a detached garage to the rear of the property.

The layout is very typical of the 1950’s as there are two reasonable sized reception rooms with separate kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms upstairs and family bathroom. Subject to necessary consent there is a great opportunity to increase this homes size by adding a rear extension.

So hurry and look for yourself before you miss your opportunity!

What the Owner says:

I first bought this home because it was so easy to get on all of the major road networks. It however surprised me because it has been a brilliant family home to bring up my two daughters.

Another attraction was the size of the rooms, I found that nothing really came close to them when I was first looking, proving they were more than sufficient.
