"Look no further for modern apartment living on the Rochester Esplanade. Here you can have the best of both worlds, being less than a mile to Rochester train station and into the High Street. Here you can find plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes against the historic backdrop of the beautiful Castle and Cathedral. Why not explore the Dickensian inspiring locations such as Restoration House? Did you know this was Miss Hathaway's house in Great Expectations. You will also find a great day out at the Dickens and Sweeps Festivals are underway. In December there is also a Christmas market at the Castle grounds too! If you want to get away from the bustle, take a wander along the river and take in the sights from that little bit further away. You can then retreat to your apartment which is sat at the end of cul-de-sac. So you will not have to be disturbed by the passing traffic of pedestrians! Back to Monday and back to work. If you are driving the car is ready in one of the two allocated parking spaces. Or, if you need the train into London take that short journey to Rochester station. From here, you have the option of the train direct into Victoria, or even better, take the new fast link service into St Pancreas. This should allow for an extra half an hour in bed, or time to grab a coffee as you make your way along the High Street.

I bought this apartment four years ago as an investment. The property has previously been a good rental for me. I have never struggled to find a tenant. I have kept the property in good condition and have recently re-decorated throughout as the previous tenants moved out. Since buying I have updated throughout with a new kitchen, which was fitted in the last two years. What attracted me to this apartment over others on the market was initially the area. The Esplanade is a beautiful place to life and from my point of view, always attracted a good tenant. This road in particular was interesting to me as it is very quiet, tucked up at the rear of The Esplanade.
