"On entering into the entrance hall there are stairs that lead up to the first floor, a doorway leading into the lounge another doorway leading into the kitchendiner, a good size storage cupboard to house coats and shoes and also a downstairs wc.

The lounge has wooden style flooring with a double glazed window to the front and sliding patio doors leading out to the rear garden, it also has a log burner.

The kitchendiner has a range of wall and base units with a built in oven, hob and extractor, a built in dishwasher and space for other kitchen appliances. It also has a sink and drainer and two double glazed windows, one to the front and the other to the rear.

There is an opening into the utility room which has some base units with a built in sink, a wall mounted boiler and plumbing and space for a washing machine. There is also a door leading out to the rear garden.
