"The owners, Ian and Deborah, have quite literally transformed this property within the last year of their ownership. The one previous owner of this home had it built in the early 1970s and therefore making this property a true “one off”.

As soon as the owners approached the house via the private drive, they immediately saw the huge potential that it offered and was struck by the enormous amount of space outside the property, as it is well set back from the road.

Within the last year, a new kitchen has been installed, re-decoration throughout including new flooring, new family bathroom, en-suite to the guest room and re-decoration. The rear garden has not missed the attention of the owners and this has also been subject to extensive work and now provides a great space, which has been enjoyed thoroughly through the summer months.

There is also further scope for extensions to the side or to the rear, subject to the necessary planning consent, or with such an abundant amount of parking available, possible conversion of the garage for additional living space, if required.

If you are looking for a property that sets apart from the crowd and makes a statement, then we believe this home is ideal for you.

What the Owner says:

We knew we were lucky to get this property, as when it came onto the market there was lots of interest, not only due to its location but because of the potential that it had. The room sizes were another big reason for us buying the property, with two of the bedrooms being nearly 20ft in length, which meant we could provide one of the rooms with an additional en-suite for our daughter. We’ve never had the benefit of living at the end of a private drive before and with only one neighbour sharing the access, you really do feel very secluded. I can’t emphasise how great the property has been since we have made all the improvements.
