"If you are looking for new homes in the village of Hoo there is certainly plenty of choice, however you will be very hard pushed to find a better priced three bedroom home on the current market than this!

Once of the many attractions for the current owner was the surprising amount of space and light that this home offers.

The lounge has double doors which open up into a dining area which in turn has doors opening out into the garden. Light comes in from the back of the house and with the doors open, a nice gentle breeze can sometimes be enjoyed particularly on a summers day.

If you are looking for peace of mind with no concerns over having to do chores of painting, decorating and general maintenance then again this has got to be an ideal home for you.

With the majority of the NHBC guarantee still in place and built to the latest building regulations with the latest installation, it is also a very warm place in the winter.

The owners have also enjoyed parking with an allocated parking bay around the back of the property where there is access to your own garage and being able to offload any shopping safely and easily through the back garden into the house and straight into the kitchen. Local shops are also less than 5 minutes by car.

What the Owner says:

I often have to get onto the motorway it's particularly ideal as I can be on the A2 within a matter of minutes.

Another pleasing and pleasant surprise was the high spec. of fixtures and fittings in the property so really giving good value for money in comparison to other new builds.
There is also a local bus service to Chatham and other Medway towns.

I've made a few improvements since being here namely, the expensive vertical blinds in most of the rooms and the turf in the rear garden.

Apart from the front door, all windows have had variety of made to measure blinds fitted.
