If you are keen to live close to the water, this 4 5 bedroom family home has so many reasons to view.

Firstly, the location, the Isle of Grain is on the eastern part of the Hoo Peninsula and this home is on the edge of the village just yards away from Grain Coastal park offering amazing wildlife and walks.

On the ground floor, the home has an entrance hall, downstairs WC, kitchen dining area, living room with cosy open fireplace, conservatory, bedroom 5 office gymnasium. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, all the bedrooms have incredible views over the coastal park.
