"It was the little extras that came with this property that convinced the current owner to purchase this home approximately 1 year ago. An unusual benefit was the advantage of having 2 parking spaces, meaning as well as Debbie being able to parking her car at the front of the property, any visitors or friends also had the ability to park off the road as well. As the property is only 1 year old, there are still the remaining 9 years on the NHBC guarantee, this giving the owner and any new purchaser peace of mind for many years to come.

The village of Hoo has numerous shops, convenience stores and cafes, as well as bank and post office, so everything that you would need on a daily basis.

One of the reasons that the owner decided on this location, was the ease of being able to get onto the bypass and connect to the M2 motorway, making the journey to Gravesend within 20 minutes. If getting onto the road links is important or you need to commute to London, there is a commuter coach service from the village, picking up from the main road on the entrance to the development.

Finally, if you just want to move straight in, with no concerns over decorating and worrying about maintenance and re-furbishment, then this has got to be the property for you.

What the Owner says:

When I was looking around other developments, this was the only home that provided parking for 2 cars and didn't seem claustrophobic compared to other new home sites that I had viewed. As it's a new home, it's very cheap to run and heats up extremely quickly.

The big benefit is having a downstairs cloakroom, especially when you have visitors and the property also has an alarm, so if you are working away during the week, you can feel secure everything is safe and sound.
