I have really enjoyed living in this area as it is within easy reach of everything I need, local shops and amenities and the local bus service.
The neighbours are friendly and kind, being a cul-de-sac it is a really safe environment to bring up a family or a nice quiet life for a couple.
I have worked hard improving this property including adding a luxury bathroom and modern kitchen, new combi boiler and UPVC double glazing, I also had a damp proof course with 30 year guarantee. The roof was replaced 11 years ago.
