"This five storey Grade II Listed late Regency property is in an excellent position, with uninterrupted sea views to Deal and across to France and is also close to the town centre, beach and marina. It has wonderful period features including sash windows, the original staircase, high and ornate coved ceilings, picture and dado rails, high patterned skirtings, original fireplaces and panelled doors. The elegant sitting room has a pair of tall sash windows providing panoramic coastal views and high folding panelled doors that open into a similar sized snug music room. When these doors are open it creates a stunning overall entertainment space. There is a cloakroom, access to the garden and stairs to the spacious lower floor that has been converted into a stunning dual aspect kitchen breakfast and dining room with French doors to a small courtyard. The kitchen breakfast area incorporates a Rangemaster stove, wood units housing various appliances and a central island breakfast bar while the adjacent utility room has access to the courtyard with steps up to the garden.

We have lived in this gorgeous house for the past 25 years and love the character and the views. However it is time to downsize. It is only a short distance to the dual carriageway for London, Canterbury, Dover and Folkestone and we are close to the cliff top, marina, beaches, bars, cafes and restaurants. There are Outstanding primary, grammar schools and private schools in the vicinity and stations that can whisk you to London in about an hour and a quarter as well as a variety of sports clubs including golf, sailing, bowls, football
