This three bedroom split-level maisonette is situated on the south side of Orpington, on the borders of Green St. Green and comes with the benefit of a share of the freehold, garage and direct access to the communal gardens.

The accommodation over the two floors and been modernised throughout to include a superb fitted kitchen and bathroom, double glazing and gas central heating.

The property occupies the ground and first floor of a purpose-built block and you enter the property via a private front door from a paved, covered terrace. The entrance hall is accessed via a UPVC front door with double glazed side panel, is carpeted, and here you will find the wall mounted gas boiler for the heating and hot water. Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor landing and there are doorways to the kitchen and livingdining room.

The modern fitted kitchen is found to the front and has a double glazed window. It has been recently re-fitted with a range of wall and base units with complimentary stone effect work surfaces. Chelsfield station is the closest, less than half a mile away. The Town Centre, just over a mile away, has a comprehensive range of shops and facilities including the Walnuts Centre and Odeon cinema. Sports facilities are also well catered for with the Walnuts Leisure Centre, golf courses, football and rugby clubs all within the area. A little way out of town you will find larger shops at the Nugent Retail Park as well as the large DIY stores. Shopping centres at Bluewater and Bromley can also be found within 10 miles drive or bus ride. The Orpington district has lots of green areas to enjoy including Priory Gardens and Goddington Park and the rolling Kent countryside starts from the edge of town where you will find cosy country pubs in the surrounding villages. Many people are drawn to the area for the reputable schools that include -Outstanding- rated Junior School at Warren Road which is 0.4 of a mile away.
