This is a special and very desirable location, especially when you consider the seafront and golf course are both within walking distance.

It’s important in life to have an equal balance, therefore to match the superb setting you need a home to suit, and this is no exception. Out front there is a large brick paved drive leading up to the garage providing ample parking. Inside and upstairs you will find the bedrooms with views of either the garden or the cannon. The master with ensuite enjoys both views and is flooded with light being that it stretches the full width of the house. Downstairs the lounge is the perfect place to relax.
