Just over the road from the sand dunes at Greatstone you'll find this roomy 3 double bedroomed detached home.

The ground floor is mainly tiled so there is no need to worry about messy kids or pets. Prepare a leisurely lunch in the 17ft fitted kitchen with Neff appliances or retreat to the separate dining room for more ambitious meals.

Double glazing and central heating will keep you nice and snug in the winter and if you fancy a trip off the Marsh you can hop onto a bus which stops just along the road to visit New Romney town centre, Ashford or Folkestone.

'You know when people say they walked into a house and fell in love with it straight away? Well, that's exactly how we felt when we opened the front door. We were so keen to move in that we managed to get the keys just before the Christmas break. I really love being able to walk the dogs along the beech or through the fields. They love running around in the dunes.

You don't have to worry about running out of shopping because there are shops just around the corner and I also like to jump on a bus that stops just along the road so that I can visit Folkestone or Ashford.'
