After enjoying a delightful drive to this beautiful bungalow, finding somewhere to leave the car is easy as the drive has parking for multiple vehicles. Upon entry you will step into the porch, perfect for your coats and shoes. A well designed layout allows the hallway to flow through the property with nearly all rooms leading off. To the front are 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom which comes with the all important en-suite. They are all a good size as too are the 4th and 5th bedrooms located at the rear of the property.

The bathroom is situated centrally, allowing easy access for everyone, likewise is the kitchen. Including side access out of the bungalow, the kitchen has plenty of unit/surface space and a handy serving hatch into the dining area. We have loved living here, the neighbours are friendly, it is quiet, safe and having the beach only a short walk from our front door has been a pleasure. There has always been space for all the family to visit but as they have all grown up including the grandchildren, we no longer need the space and want to move closer to them.
5 bedrooms are just too much for us, at the moment we use one as an office. For any potential family looking to live here the rooms are versatile. There is also a great primary school just down the road, shops and good bus links.
