This beautiful flat has just been refurbished. Walls, ceilings, skirtings and windows have been painted. New good quality carpets with underlay have been fitted. It has a fully fitted kitchen, and a shower room.

The flat is in the most desirable location in Westbrook overlooking the beach. The views are amazing. From the lounge window if you look In one direction you see the harbour, in the other the golden sands. If you step back from the window and look out, all you can see is the sea. It?s like being on a boat with a huge porthole! Watching the sunset into the sea at dusk is fantastic, the flat is filled with a pink/orange glow. The flat is a short walk to the railway station.     

The flat is in a charming period building, built around 1900 , Margate a short stroll along the seafront, has some great bars and restaurants and cafés, and funky independent shops The winter gardens and the Theatre Royal and Turner Gallery and Dreamland all within walking distance.  Margate is a very cool place to live, and Westbrook is the posh part of Margate.

There is off street Parking for 3 cars and on street parking a few metres away.  

We are a private company who keep all our flats in tip-top condition. You will be dealing from start to the finish directly with the owners, we do not use an agent. We are very careful about who we accept as tenants, we only choose nice people who we like.
