"An extended 4 bedroom detached house, located in one of the most sought after Avenues in Westbrook. This fine looking house has been extended on the ground floor therefore providing substantial living accommodation. The property comprises a glazed vestibule leading to the main Reception Hall. To the front of the house is the sitting room. To the rear is the extension which incorporates a living room, dining room and small study, all open plan. The vendor has informed us that the footings where deep enough for the ground floor extention to be built on. To the side of the house is an extended kitchen breakfast room. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with shower and w/c. On the first floor landing is an attractive stain glass window. All 4 Bedrooms leading off and family bathroom. To the rear the garden is a reasonable size with the a super patio covered by a pagoda. We mentioned the house being in one of the most sought after Avenues. Fitzmary is one of the Avenues that lead down to the Royal Esplanade from Westbrook Avenue. The nearest town is Westgate-On-Sea. Once coined as "Mayfair by the Sea" Westgate has evolved over the years and a row of Victorian canopied shops can still be found along the High Street, which include a supermarket, chemist, bakery, deli, Indian Restaurant and Fish and Chip Shop. There are also two Public House, Cafes, Cinema and Mainline Railway Station. The local Secondary and Primary schools have a good reputation and the Beaches and Coastline of Westgate are both award winning and stunning.
