You can step out your front door and be in the increasingly popular Margate Old Town, within a minute. The town recently had new life injected into it with the opening of the Turner Centre, and plans for huge investment in the future would make this a great place to live.

This modern town house would be great for a young family, a weekend retreat or as a holiday let. You would barely need to lift a finger when you moved in, as it is neutrally decorated throughout, ready for a new owner to put their own stamp on it.

Having a utility room is always a plus so that you can keep all your washing out of the way, and make the best use of your kitchen for family meals and entertaining friends. The kitchen also comes with integrated appliances, which again will save any new owner time and money when they move in.

The integral garage is a real help in the winter months, as you can bring all your shopping straight into the house, avoiding the cold weather.

We bought this property 4 years ago, because even back then, we could see how much investment was going on in the area, and now it is coming on in leaps and bounds!

It has been a great home for us and is so convenient to everything, with the town, beach and local supermarket all within 2 minutes walk. The fact that it was a new build really attracted us, and we were surprised as to how much money we save on the bills.

We often go for a walk in the town at the weekends, and in recent times there has always been some event taking place. It is so handy having parking this close to town too, which is a bit of a rarity.
