"This bungalow really will take your breath away!

The very moment you step inside the property, you can just see how much pride the current owners have taken in their home. They have said to us that it is totally unrecognisable from when they first bought it.

Since being at the property, they have changed the location of the kitchen and installed a new one, added a conservatory and redesigned the gardens. They have also redecorated the property throughout, including new flooring.

From the outside this home does not look particularly imposing, but once go inside, you get to see the space it has to offer, and we feel this home would suite anyone from a couple to a medium size family.

The lounge that joins the conservatory, gives you a warm and light feeling, ideal for entertaining friends and family in the lighter months.

The garden is of an average size, but has a back drop of the Holy Trinity Church spire, which breaks through the trees in the background. One of the great pleasures this garden has is the amount of sunshine it enjoys during the summer.

This really is a home not to be brushed aside and in our opinion, should be top of the pile for anyone that is looking for a modern well kept bungalow.

What the Owner says:

The home we moved into is not the home we live in today as we have virtually refurbished the whole place.

We have enjoyed living here due to the space and the quiet and peaceful location, and particularly enjoy spending time with friends and family in the lounge and conservatory.

No expense has been spared on our house and if it were not for our growing family, we would not be moving.
