"This superb property occupies a lovely position on Balliol Grove with a beautiful outlook to the front of open green space and mature trees. The property is in pristine condition throughout and has been thoughtfully adapted by the owners to create a separate utility room and a luxury sun room. The property has a welcoming entrance hallway with a cloakroom, a storage cupboard and stairs leading to the first floor. The living room is a great size with a beautiful electric feature fireplace. The stunning kitchen/dining room has an array of cream gloss storage units complimented by stylish grey tiles giving a very contemporary finish. Integrated appliances include an electric oven, a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is plenty of space for a table and chairs and entry to the utility room which is a converted area at the back of the garage with further storage, space for a freestanding fridge/freezer and space for a tumble dryer. The bright sun room is a fantastic addition to this property with patio doors leading to the rear garden. Maidstone West has four High Speed Rail Link trains run each way per day operating between Maidstone West and St Pancras via Strood and Gravesend. Trains from here also run to Paddock Wood."
