"Here we have a fine example of a substantial detached family home, solidly built in the middle of the last century in an extremely handy position in Loose. The property is set back from the road on an adjacent slip road accessed via a five bar gate to the extensive off road parking area to the front, buses are available across the road into Maidstone, so handy for those with older children for getting to and from school and town.

The property has fantastic views over open fields to the rear with walks available across those same fields to the lovely Loose Valley and Boughton Monchelsea village.

The extended family friendly accommodation includes a lounge and separate dining room with good sized kitchen/diner. The flow of the property is enhanced by the way the kitchen and dining room interconnect with the lovely conservatory. The first floor has four double bedrooms with bathroom and shower room. Ideal for family life, no more arguments over who's first in the morning! To the side is an extended garage with car port area in front with side access to the kitchen. This provides a useful space to unload shopping in the dry on those wet days which we occasionally seem to get!

We fell in love with this house from the start, as it offered good sized rooms all round particularly in the bedrooms which were all double rooms. The outlook at the back was fantastic and the location with the secondary school just down the road suited us down to the ground. Since moving here the kids have found it great with the buses across the road taking them into town for swimming, meeting friends and shopping and bringing them back virtually to the door, it also saves a lot of time ferrying them back and forth. The garden is great and actually feels even bigger than it is, with the lovely fields behind and nobody overlooking us.
