"This beautiful unlisted period barn conversion is in the heart of Leeds village set back from the main village road and is believed to date back from the late 18th Century. Previously used as a very successful Bed & Breakfast but without doubt would make a lovely family home. Internally the property is well presented throughout with exposed beams, unusual galleried landing and suspended walkways. The exceptionally impressive reception room is in the centre of the house and opens to the full pitch of the roof. An interesting and unusual feature is that under the floor is an indoor swimming pool that was covered over about 12 years ago. There are French doors both to the front of the property and to the rear. The kitchen/breakfast room has a range of modern wall and base units, integrated oven/hob, space for American fridge freezer, central breakfast bar and access to the utility room. Additionally on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms both with en-suites and a separate shower room accessed from the main reception room. On the first floor there are a further three double bedrooms, two with en-suites, a separate family bathroom and a study. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with velux window, a large storeroom built into the eaves and two smaller walk in storage cupboards.
