Kingswood is a village in the Maidstone District of Kent and forms part of the civil parish of Broomfield and Kingswood neighbouring the excellent Leeds Castle along the M20 corridor. The villages of Sutton Valence and Langley are within a short drive and the property is five miles from Maidstone, the County town of Kent. The property is a short drive to Junction 8 of the M20 motorway for travel between London-Dover and to access M25. There is a bus service from Kingswood into Maidstone and the village of Langley offers an alternative bus route into Maidstone. The village has a shop with post office, there is an excellent local primary school and village hall and the parish provides a number of local groups and clubs. Kingswood is situated to the south of the more ancient village of Broomfield. A short drive through the nearby ancient village of Ulcombe takes you to Headcorn which has a Sainsburys local, mainline train station to Ashford International and London Charing Cross and many other popular amenities. Alternatively the A20 is a short drive from the property and provides access to many pretty villages enroute to Ashford.
