"This is a beautiful family home which has been extended, by the owners, to provide additional accommodation. This includes a lovely entrance hall, extra bedroom with en-suite, study/TV room which has been used as a 5th bedroom in the past and a separate shower room downstairs.
Every room has been tastefully decorated and the conservatory, great for enjoying meals at all times of the day and with lovely views of the garden, is a real winner.
The sitting room is a good size with an attractive brick fireplace making it a cosy place to spend your time on a cold winters evening. The kitchen has lovely units a butler sink and an integral dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The utility room is a real bonus and provides that much needed additional storage space.
Upstairs the property benefits from 3 double bedrooms, Of which the master bedroom has a fabulous en-suite with a quadrant shower and a modern wash hand basin and superb tiling . The family bathroom is very attractive with a white suite and again lovely tiling to complement the room.
Outside there is parking for several vehicles as well as a garage, so there is plenty of space for visiting friends and family. The front and rear gardens are a real pleasure with the rear garden being enclosed and sunny with a beautiful clematis clambering over the fences, providing a stunning display of pink flowers.
Overall this home is really stunning, but don't take my word for it, come and look for yourselves!

What the Owner says:

We bought this house as we wanted to live in the village of Lenham. Lenham has an abundance of history and a beautiful square and medieval church to admire. There is a great community spirit and always something going on to enjoy. The village has several pubs and restaurants, perfect for an evening out and all within walking distance. There is also a playschool and primary school.
We have lived here for five years and have extended our home to give an extra bedroom and en-suite. Downstairs we added an entrance hall, study and shower room. We also replaced the boiler approximately two years ago with a Worcester Bosch unit.
We have enjoyed living here and hope the new owners will too.
