"A spacious Victorian semi-detached family home situated in the sought after St Lukes area of Maidstone.

The property enjoys far reaching views across Maidstone, and is within comfortable walking distance of the town centre, which offers an excellent range of amenities, including two mainline railway stations. There is also easy access onto the M20 & M2 motorways.

Although some modernisation is required, this spacious house, which has been owned by the current Vendors for over 40 years, offers great potential and has accommodation arranged as follows :

Recessed entrance porch, inner porch, entrance hall, living room, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, WC, shower and rear lobby to the ground floor.
