I bought this property as a first time buyer five years ago and have loved every minute of our time here and I'm sure that any new buyer will feel the same. Being located so close to the motorway has been a godsend, along with being placed just North of the town, it is ideal for my wife to obtain essentials when required. In addition a number of Pubs and Restaurants are within walking distance for that impromptu night out.

We have improved the home in many ways which, is hopefully beneficial to any new owner but doesn’t perhaps leave a great deal of work for them to take on, we hope that’s a selling point.
