"IDEAL SEMI FOR YOUNG FAMILY OR COUPLE STARTING OUT WITH NO CHAIN INVOLVED. This semi detached house has off road parking to the front of the property allowing for two cars and a tandem garage. The porch was added a couple of years ago giving extra space for coats and shoes with an apex roof and white upvc front door. The porch takes you through to the good size lounge and stairs leading to the first floor. There are French doors opening to the dining room with an archway to the kitchen. The kitchen has cream shaker units with fitted electric hob and double oven on a tiled floor. There is a conservatory with radiator and French doors which makes an ideal extra family room. The first floor has the bathroom with a white three piece suite and fully tiled walls and a vinyl floor. There is an electric shower over the bath. The main bedroom has built in double wardrobe and the airing cupboard. There are two further single bedrooms. The loft is fully boarded and insulated. The garden has patio and lawn with mature borders and external lighting. From the garden there is access into the double garage, with power and lighting and contains plumbing for washing machine, boiler and gas and electric meters. The property is gas centrally heated and upvc double glazed throughout. This home is located on the south side of Maidstone within the village of Coxheath close to all amenities with its own parade of shops, including a butchers, chemist, take aways, hairdressers and grocers. The house is built in an area great for a young family as the primary school is within walking distance and the garden backs on to fields and a recreation area, which is a protected area.

Coxheath is a village and civil parish within the Borough of Maidstone. The parish is approximately 2.5 miles (4 km) south of Maidstone. It is mainly centered along Heath Road which links the villages of Yalding and Boughton Monchelsea to the west and east, respectively. The village is served by bus services provided by Arriva. It does not have a railway station. The nearest station is East Farleigh on the Medway Valley Line. The closest mainline services are via Maidstone East to the north (serving London and Ashford/Canterbury/Ramsgate) or Staplehurst to the south on the Southeastern Main Line. Coxheath primary school is situated in the heart of Coxheath village, with approximately 212 pupils in years R to 6."
