"This attractive three bedroom detached family home is located in the heart of Allington; a highly desirable location just outside of Maidstone. The property comprises an entrance hallway, which has a useful storage cupboard and access to the downstairs cloakroom. The spacious living room has stairs leading to the first floor with a further storage cupboard underneath the stairs, meaning all your unsightly household items can be hidden away. The generous kitchen and dining room run across the back of the property with sliding doors from the dining room leading out to the rear garden. The modern fitted kitchen has a large range of wall mounted and base storage units and includes a built in double oven, a four burner gas hob and an extractor hood. There is space for a freestanding fridge/freezer and space and plumbing for a washing machine. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are good sized doubles. The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. This floor is completed by the family bathroom.
