"This beautifully presented four bedroom detached house is located in a quiet cul de sac in Allington and is touching distance from good schools. On the ground floor, the entrance hallway a large storage cupboard and a cloakroom. The lounge is at the front of the house and has wooden flooring and an exposed brickwork fireplace and log burner; there is also a bay window which fills the room with natural light. To the rear of the house is the wow-factor kitchen diner which spans the full width of the house and has been extended with roof windows installed. The kitchen has granite work surfaces, under floor heating, a large island / breakfast bar which has an integrated double oven and hob. Other integrated appliances include full height fridge & freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and water softener. The utility room has space for the washing machine & tumble dryer. A Bose sound system and colour-changing lighting are fitted to the kitchen diner and two sets of patio doors lead out to the garden making this a great space for entertaining. Part of the garage has been converted to create an extra reception room which is currently used as a second TV room and office space; this also has patio doors which open out to the garden. Upstairs are four double bedrooms and main bathroom. The two front bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and integrated wardrobes. The contemporary main bathroom has a three piece suite with a shower over the bath which is controlled by an electric thermostat. On the landing there is a large storage cupboard and airing cupboard.

Beaver Road is in the heart of Allington, a popular village situated alongside the A20 west of Maidstone in Kent. It has excellent local amenities including two primary schools; Allington Primary and Palace Wood. Allington is a short bus journey or walk to Maidstone Grammar School for Girls, the Maplesden Noakes School. The riverside Lockmeadow complex includes a multiplex cinema, bowling alley, restaurants and nightclubs as well as the town's market and the town centre has a variety of pubs, clubs and restaurants. Maidstone East, Maidstone West and Maidstone Barracks are the three train stations in the central area of Maidstone.

To the front of the house, there is a block-paved driveway which can accommodate several cars. There is also a single integral garage which can also accommodate a vehicle. Side access to the rear garden is on the left-hand side of the house. The rear garden has a decking area and artificial grass to keep the garden as low maintenance as possible. The current owners have installed a training pool, hot tub in its own cabin and separate log cabin which has power and lighting; it is currently being used as a treatment room but could also be used as a home office."
