"THE PROPERTY: This two bedroom end of terraced cottage has undergone many improvements over recent years to include new central heating, new double glazing, modern fitted kitchen and modern fitted bathroom. The property is located within approximately 80m of The Royal Military Canal and offers pleasant walks down to the seafront and into Hythe.

Located between Sandgate and Hythe, Hythe offers an excellent selection of independent shops to include green grocers, butchers and bakers There are also three supermarkets in the town to include a Waitrose, along with council offices, doctors surgery and dental surgery. The M20 motorway can be easily accessed via car and offers links to Eurotunnel, the port of Dover, London and Ashford mainline, with high speed link to St Pancras from Folkestone West and Ashford.
