"THE PROPERTY: This 1930s detached family home was formerly three bedrooms and has now been arranged as two bedrooms with the third bedroom being a shower room. It now benefits from two reception rooms, two double bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, gated off road parking, low maintenance rear garden and is within easy reach of the Hythe's town centre and Hythe's beach. The vendor replaced the central heating boiler in April 2009 and the windows were replaced approximately six years ago.

Hythe offers an excellent selection of independent shops to include green grocers, butchers and bakers. In the town there are three supermarkets of which one is a Waitrose, along with doctors surgery, dental surgery and council offices. The Royal Military Canal and Hythe's seafront offer beautiful walks. The M20 motorway can be easily reached via car and offers links to Dover ports, Eurotunnel, Ashford mainline and London. London can also be accessed by the fast rail link from Folkestone West and Ashford mainline.
