"THE PROPERTY: Grange Road is in the centre of Saltwood village with its pretty village green, historic church and castle. There are two excellent local primary schools, both within a few minutes walk away. Saltwood is only about half a mile away from Hythe town centre with its busy High Street. There are three supermarkets, including a Waitrose, along with a range of independent shops and restuarants. Communications are good with Sandling Railway station being approximately half a mile away, putting London within easy reach. The M20 motorway junction 11 is about two miles away and The Channel Tunnel terminal of Cheriton is about three miles away, putting France within easy reach.

This appealing end of terrace house built around 1930 has retained some orignal features. The kitchen has been re-fitted and there is a lovely contemporary shower room with under floor heating. The front and rear gardens are extremely well presented with a large selection of mature plants and trees.
